What Is It?
The Bioscope Independent Cinema is always celebrating excellence in African cinema and December won't be any different. They'll be showing screenings of the film, The Burial of Kojo. The story follows the story of Esi, as she recounts her childhood and the tumultuous relationship between her father (Kojo) and her uncle (Kwabena). After Kojo goes missing and is trapped in a mineshaft on an illegal mining expedition with Kwabena, Esi embarks on a magical journey to rescue her father.
