Rosetta’s Bistro at Emperors Palace has a bright, contemporary feel with touches of Egyptian decor such as lanterns, stone walls and hieroglyphics. The uncluttered decor is echoed in the menu which is all about delicious but uncomplicated dishes in generous helpings.
The Deli
With three distinct areas that serve different purposes, the first is the deli, where you can find a selection of artisanal bread, cakes, ice creams, waffles and more. If you’re on-the-go and need a quick bite, this is where you can pick up a tasty, ready-to-eat meal like a gourmet sandwich or a wood-fired pizza.
Coffee For A Cause
You can also get your pick-me-up here, as the bistro has a coffee concept called BLACKSMITH Coffee whereby they create coffee blends from certified Fairtrade farms in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda. In this way, they are supporting the farmers and aiding job creation and skills development.
The second area is the central space, which can be opened up completely into the main restaurant or closed off and hired for private functions.
The third section forms the main restaurant and kitchen, which includes the buffet area, banquet seating and freestanding tables. The buffet offers dishes from all around the world while a great dinner feature is the 'bottomless soda' which is selected wines on tap!
There certainly is something for everyone at Rosetta’s, no matter your taste, from the Pan-Asian station and Chinese wok station to a Kiddies Station.
How Much Is It?
Whether it’s a quick breakfast, business lunch or family feast, Rosetta’s offers a dining experience that won’t break the bank. Lunch is served from 12h00 - 14h00 and 14h30 - 16h30 for R199 per person. Dinner is from 18h00 - 20h00 and 20h30 - 22h30 for R279.
