Pop-Up First Thursdays @ 99 Juta Street

What Is It?

First Thursdays at 99 Juta Street is back this April. The theme for this month's edition is 'Pop Up', as leading Cape Town brands Dear Rae Jewellery, BALLO and Asha : Eleven will be popping up from 3 - 6 April. In addition, there will be three new pop up stores launched over the first week of April. On Thursday 4 April, artisanal ice cream parlor  Paul's Homemade Ice Cream, bubbles by Krone and Culture Lab Kombucha will all be launched! Enjoy these fantastic new pop up's while browsing incredible jewels and inspired sustainable clothing and accessories on the top floor of the 99 Juta building. On the design front, there will be a showcase of the best in local furniture and lighting design from Apartment 2B, Dokter and Misses, Houtlander and Joe Paine Studio. This First Thursday will also see the launch of Jacobs Collection in Apartment2B. For the art lovers out there, visit the 'Exit Strategy' exhibition by Jeanne Gaigher and Nathan Gates, featuring a series of new paintings and sculptural pieces. There will be a cash bar available at the venue.

When Is It?

These events will take place from Wednesday, 3 April - Saturday, 6 April 2019. The official First Thursdays event takes place on Thursday, 4 April 2019 at 17:00 - 21:00.
