What Is It?

Joburg's toughest half-marathon, the Pirates 21k, returns this February to test your speed, strength and endurance. Join Pirates Running Club as they take up the challenge! As an added bonus, Medshield is the new sponsor for the Pirates 21k race, bringing you extra refreshment stops along the way, as well as medical assistance should you need it. So, lace up those running shoes and let's get racing. First place for both men and women can win up to R7000!

Sunday, 16 February 2020 at 06:00 - 11:00.

Where Is It?

The race kicks off at Pirates Road Running Club - 25 Braeside Road, Greenside, Johannesburg.

How Much Is It?

Entry costs: R150 per person for the 21.1km Race Grandmasters: R100 Blind Runners: Free Temporary Licenses: R35 *You may only enter the race prior to the event. Online entries close on Friday, 07 February 2020 and in-store entries close on Friday, 16 February 2020. Click here to enter online.
