What Is It? This festival is the ideal place to be for one to indulge in two of South Africa's signature delicacies – Pinotage and biltong! Eighteen wineries will offer nearly 50 Pinotage varieties for tasting and sale, some of which will be paired with specific biltong flavours, chosen to highlight the best qualities of both. Guests can also enjoy other varieties such as rosé, bubbly, blends, sweet wines and even a white Pinotage. And if that's not enough, there will be live music to set the vibe and mood and plenty of food stalls to delight your senses.
