O.R. Tambo International Airport

Offering both local and international flights to amazing destinations abroad, the Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport is the busiest airport on the continent and can be found in Kempton Park, 23 km away from the city centre and 46 km from Pretoria. This airport is one of the few airports in the world with scheduled passenger direct flights between all six continents, and is a continental gateway to Africa. Lanseria International Airport

Lanseria International Airport is the only other internationally-accredited airport in Gauteng. A lot smaller than O.R. Tambo, Lanseria is privately owned and offers travellers commercial flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town, Durban and George daily. Also, the airport has long and short term parking facilities if you wish to leave you car parked safely. Bus Services

Gautrain

Although the Gautrain buses and trains only operates within Gauteng, you can still travel with ease to and from Pretoria and O.R. Tambo International Airport with the Gautrain service. There are many various routes you can choose from to ensure you get to your desired destination safely. Bus routes will take you through Centurion, Hatfield, Marlboro, Midrand, Joburg Central, Rosebank, Rhodesfield, Pretoria and Sandton. Visit Gautrain. Greyhound
