Online Everyday 21 Days of Meditation

What Is It?

Give your mind and your meditation practice a boost and join in on this 21 day meditation event focused on the essential meditations taught in the Lamrim Practice (the stages of developing their mind and motivations). Through participating in this event, and gaining experience of Lamrim, you will have the opportunity to become free from all physical and mental suffering caused by anger, attachment or any other emotion holding you back from reaching the state of mind you desire. This is an online event, each session is 45 minutes long and will be held at 09:00 each day. However, if you miss a class, you will be able to download the recorded class.

Starting Wednesday, 15 April 2020 at 09:00.

Where Is It?

The event will be on Zoom.

Tickets are R100 per person, you can purchase yours here! Your purchased ticket will contain the Zoom link.
