- Visit onecart.co.za online or download the app, enter your address or area then OneCart will show you all your favourite stores available in your area. They operate from 22 malls around the city.
- Shop and search items easily from any of their well-known stores or create shopping lists for faster checkout. You can even "Shop by recipe" for some dinner inspiration, and add all the products to your cart with one tap!
- Pay for your items securely using their 3D-secure payment process with your card, or via the instant EFT option.
- OneCart will let you know when your shopping has started via SMS or in-app notification, when it is complete and when their driver is on the way to deliver your groceries. It's as easy as that.

OneCart delivers your groceries during the following times, everyday of the week:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 19:00
- Saturdays: 09:00 – 17:00
- Sundays: 09:00 – 16:00
