Museum Night Johannesburg 2019

What Is It? For one night, the public is invited to explore Johannesburg's museums and cultural institutions after-hours and of course free of charge. Participating museums are free and open to the public from 17:00 - 22:00 on the night. There are no tickets simply review the programme and decide where you want to go. Each museum has a primary programme of current exhibitions, supported by a secondary programme of workshops, performances, talks and other activities. Review the detailed programme for each site online or download the printable programmes closer to the event date. But for now make sure you, your family and friends are at this incredible event. This is the first edition of Museum Night in Johannesburg, with a limited museum programme. So make sure you are there! The participating museums are as follows:

The Apartheid Museum
