Been lazy over the last few weeks of lockdown? Then why not get up early and start your mornings with Mindful Movement on Facebook daily at 08:30? This week, they'll be focusing on Vinyasa flow yoga, upper and lower body workouts, mobility, as well as Yin yoga! Keep reading to find out when each workout will be taking place on Facebook live!

Monday, 04 May 2020 - Vinyasa Flow Yoga | 45 minutes
Tuesday, 05 May 2020 - Lower Body Workout | 35 minutes
Wednesday, 06 May 2020 - Mobility | 35 minutes | NEW
Thursday, 07 May 2020 - Upper Body Workout | 45 minutes
Friday, 08 May 2020 - Yin Yoga | 45 minutes
