USN x Platō Coffee Run
When: 3-26 October 2025
USN has partnered with Platō Coffee to host a number of running events in Joburg this month! Choose between 2.5km/5km routes and cross the finish line right at Plato's doorstep for some socialising, an excellent cup of coffee, and a sweet treat.

Parkrun
When: every Saturday, for the last 20 years!
Parkrun is a long-standing favourite among Joburgers, but don't let the name fool you: you can totally walk the route if you'd like to. This is all about building community, enjoying the outdoors, and getting some steps in. It's free every weekend at 226 locations!
Columbia Trail Race
When: 11 October 2025
If you need more rugged terrain to taste that runner's high, you can take your pick from 15km/21km trails at Prime View this October! If general health and wellness aren't enough to motivate you, there's a R45,500 prize pool you could dip into.
Boobs And Blossoms
When: 19 October
Lace up your running shoes and don a pink outfit for a good cause! Head over to the Pirates Club in Greenside to participate in the Boobs and Blossoms fundraiser run. Your R50 entry fee goes towards supporting a breast cancer foundation, so this one is an investment in yourself and your community all in one go!
Vitality Chicken Run
When: 8 November 2025
This is bound to be a fun event, because it's brought to you by Nando's! Choose between mild and hot 5km/10km routes and cash in on those Vitality points for getting active. Don't be a chicken!
We Buy Cars Pirates 10k
When: 16 November 2025
Head over to the Pirates Club in Greenside to take on a 10km route at the pace of your choosing. You'll meet fun people, get some solid time outdoors, and if you're quick enough, might even go home with a very generous cash prize.
