What is the first thing you'll get up to once lockdown is over?

Back to teaching SWEAT 1000 Classes, training and spending as much time as possible with family and friends I haven’t been able to see during the lockdown.

Which restaurant do you miss the most?

I miss VIXI Social House and OBI the most. Both are incredible restaurants that are owner-operated.

What's your favourite home-cooked meal you've made during lockdown?

I’m loving my wife’s cooking at the moment, specifically her ostrich mince and spinach noodles with napoletana sauce. The only thing I have personally made is oatmeal with Biogen Whey protein, which is my standard meal after my morning workout.

What are you watching on Netflix?

The Stranger.

Have you picked up a hobby or perfected a skill?

Skipping as I don’t have a treadmill at home.

What are the three staples in your kitchen right now?

Oats, Biogen Protein and coffee.

Coffee or tea?

Coffee in the morning and tea at night.

Who are you in lockdown with?

My wife and three daughters.

What are you currently most grateful for?

Without question my family's as well as my health.

How do you keep yourself going and motivated during this time? My passion and drive has always come from being able to make a positive difference in someone’s life. Now more so than ever, everyone needs positivity to motivate and inspire them to get through these challenging times. Working out is the best stress relief and it is so important during these times. I am even more driven by the positive messages I receive from people from all over the world participating in our daily SWEAT 1000 live workouts and the SWEAT 1000 challenges.
