Serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, this is a lovely stop if you're looking to delight your taste buds. Their cuisine puts a modern twist on timeless French classics, creating a unique dining experience that's sure to have you coming back for more.
Their cuisine is elegant, simple, and created with only the best ingredients. Wondering what to expect on the menu at Liberté? Trust us, there's such a variety of delicious dishes, you won't know which one you want to enjoy and savour first. We'll share a few of our favourites!
Let's start with petit-déjeuner – in English, breakfast! We highly suggest the Salmon, Capers and Dill Omelette with Crème Fraiche, it's an absolute winner. Made with free range eggs and herbs, served with sourdough toast, this is the perfect way to start off your morning. Looking for something sweet for breakfast? The Baked Cinnamon Crème Brulée French Toast with yoghurt and berries is divine.
Next on the menu are repas légers (light meals). These are perfect for brunch and lunch. They offer a lovely selection of Vol-Au-vent – basically a case of puff pastry filled with meat and vegetables in sauce. Similar to a pie, but just more elegant! The Salmon, Spinach and Cream Cheese option is delicious, as well as the Mushroom and Gruyere. Or, you can choose your choice from their variety of canapés, giving you a taste of a selection of delicious options, only bite sized.
And no meal is complete without something decadent. Take a look at le desserts menu, and indulge a little. Can't go wrong with a decadent Belgian Chocolate Fondant served with sweet Vanilla Ice Cream or a Meringue with Crème Pâtissière and refreshing Raspberry Coulis.
