We kid ourselves that nutritious equals bland and boring, which is exactly why Lexi's Healthy Eatery has been booming since they day they opened their doors in June 2018. Her creativity is evident when looking at the menu. For breakfast we recommend the sunshine glow bowl (seasonal citrus fruit with coconut cream, biscuit crumb and granola topped with caramel) or the farmer's breakfast bowl (tofu scramble, grilled mushrooms, roasted potatoes, grilled cherry tomatoes and fresh avocado with a vegan hollandaise). Moving over to mains, dig into a slow-roasted cauliflower steak (served with chimichurri, lentils, and fresh mixed greens and beetroot). And the bus doesn't stop there.
