River rafting is an activity that can be enjoyed by young and old alike. It is a wonderful activity to encourage team spirit and it is certainly a challenge. There are two alternative courses available - 7 kms (half a day) or 14 kms stretch (full day with river lunch).
High and low ropes. These are basically obstacle courses designed with team building and experiential learning in mind. With the team’s encouragement they enable individuals to discover new limits they thought they never had.
Archery. Even though played in teams archery, is also a sport that encourages self discipline and concentration.
