What Is It?

Kamers/Makers, Joburg's favourite artisanal market is back in spring for even more inspiration, creation and appreciation of local crafters. Kicking off their spring market edition, is the Kamers/Makers Gala Moonlight Market at St Johns College. This is a charity event in aid of raising funds for Realema - a teachers intern programme for dedicated black students who are unable to afford tertiary studies. There will be over 100 stalls, with 60 new makers showcasing their fairs at the market. Plus, you can enjoy a special evening of live music, spot prizes, a spring table demonstration, and first pick of all the brand-new products. Kids under 18 get in for free, so bring the whole family along for some fun under the moonlight. What better way could there be to shake off the last winter blues than by indulging in handcrafted decor, fashion, artisan food and wine? **Please note that for your safety and convenience, Kamers/Makers Gala Moonlight Market is a completely cashless environment.
