What Is It?
The Hollard JURA is a race that combines the best parts of trail running, adventure racing and obstacle courses to form a whole new urban running experience. From Parkrun to Parkour, entrants can pick from three distance options: 6km, 12km and 18km. Each distance will feature a variety of inner-city obstacles, detours for those less muddily inclined and routes that will give each die hard the chance to climb, crawl and run through an epic urban jungle gym. The run will start and end at Marks Park. Runners will make their way towards conquering various obstacles such as a river slide, hay bale hell, crawling under roads through tunnels, running across the Emmarentia Dam and much more.
