Plenty Of Festive Cheer At Cresta Shopping Centre
Cresta Shopping Centre will transform into a festive wonderland from 8 to 24 December 2017, offering a dose of Festive magic for everyone, both young and old. Expect everything from photos with Santa Claus to indulging in your own personalised decadent ice cream creation at the magical ‘Make My Magnum’ Pleasure Bar.
The newly renovated centre is already sparkling bright with merry lights and decorations, creating a warm and festive shopping destination for all. Their giant reindeer and carriage fairy lights sparkle proudly in the Food and Entertainment Court, the perfect spot to capture some family photos.
Fun At The Family Zone
Shoppers can expect to Imagine More this festive season with over 260 stores and additional bespoke activities. Take the kids to the family zone in the Banking Court for festive craft activities, face painting and the chance to meet Santa. Face painting and Santa photo opportunities will be available between 10:00 and 18:00, and printed photographs will be R30 per print.
It's The Season Of Giving
This time of year is all about giving, which is why Cresta has made giving back so much easier with their Charitable Festive Tree. This kindness corner (outside FNB) is a giant tree bookshelf and reading corner that allows shoppers to donate new or pre-loved books that will be donated to a children’s home in the Cresta Community. You can also make cash donations. Children's stories will be read to those looking for a moment to pause and relax in between shopping - at 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00.
Indulgent Ice Cream Treats
Pop into the #MakeMyMagnumSA Pleasure Bar in the Food and Entertainment court to create your very own signature Magnum ice-cream, complimented with many delightful toppings for you to indulge in. Sounds absolutely divine!
Your Gift Wrapping Needs, Sorted
The Cresta Festive Elves have thought of all the tiny details to ensure that you have a pleasant experience at Cresta. Friendly gift-wrappers will be at three gift-wrapping stations around the centre to turn your shopping into beautifully wrapped gifts for FREE.
There'll Be Festive Entertainment, Too
There will also be dazzling ballerinas and Nutcracker marching bands performing throughout Cresta. Selfie spots scattered around the centre provide the perfect photo opportunities and give shoppers the chance to win a R5 000 Cresta gift card by simply uploading their festive pictures onto Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (tag #MerryCresta).
