Shawn Greyling
They used to call me
Hey You Behind The Bushes, well they still call me that, but in polite conversation, folks refer to me as Shawn (note, that's Shawn with a W). I am a brother, a cat dad, a good boyfriend and a brilliant writer. Since the dawn of me, I've had a yearning to create - be it by writing riveting restaurant reviews or shooting the funniest videos for my YouTube channel. It's what I live for. South Africa and its beautiful people is my passion and I find that the best way I can serve my country is by being creative... so, I do what I do.

In a nutshell, this year is dedicated to getting my health back on track. I suffer from anxiety and stress and I've learnt that it all starts with what you put in. Ensuring my diet is healthy and I stay active will help me keep my nerves at ease. Not only that, I aim to complete some short courses in my industry because my father taught me that education is the most valuable thing a person can have. The rest is just the cherry on top!

Hi, I'm Clayton. I'm an account executive and motion designer here at Velocity Media. I love Joburg and all the city has to offer, going out for dinner and meeting friends for a night out on the town. I love animals and have three dogs that I take for walks daily. There is nothing better than a weekend away in the bush. Super excited for #NoRegrets2018.

I’m the youngest of five kids (I’m 23). Meaning I get away with absolutely anything. A few of my hobbies include soccer, boxing, getting outdoors, keeping on top of my fitness and listening to hip-hop and R&B. I have a fear of snakes and heights, so I will be conquering those this year. A few other interesting facts: I’m a mama’s boy, a hopeless romantic, soft-hearted and offer kindness wherever I go.

Muvhuya is a 20-something-year-old driven Venda woman who doesn’t shy away from exploring most avenues. She loves people and connecting with them beyond superficiality. No-nonsense, yet compassionate towards others' needs. She believes that everything you set your heart to is always within reach. She loves learning/studying and would like to share that by affording those less privileged to have the same privileges- be it by funding or employing them. She's spiritual and loves LOVE.

I’m an old romantic soul. A nyctophile (a person who loves the night and darkness) who prefers to go against traffic. I love getting lost in my own head, poetry and creative literature. I’m spicy, youthful and feisty. Most importantly, I’m a proud mom to Siyabonga and a strong pillar of support to others.

Kim Brown
I’m a bit of an oddball who dabbles in a little bit of everything, it just depends on what sort of mood I'm in. I’m a metalhead, makeup lover, gym bunny, homebody, Doberman sibling and gamer all rolled into one strange being (told you I was an oddball) and am pretty much open to anything and everything (as long as it has nothing to do with heights). I hate photos, so please excuse the picture. To me, happiness is family, sleep, cappuccinos, pickled onions, white sneakers and watching random YouTube videos until 3am in the morning. But by far, family is my world. In no order, these are my 12 #NoRegrets2018 challenges:
- Have a beauty treatment done (I hate being fussed over and touched)
- Join a Cancer walk/run (for a family member)
- Get a new tattoo or piercing (scared of needles so I have put this off for years)
- Speed dating (been single for a VERY long time)
- Do a Contiki (in the process of getting my passport sorted)
- Go on a rollercoaster (I absolutely hate heights)
- Go to a metal music concert (always miss out on those)
- Do my first 5km (almost there!)
- Sign up to Doctors Without Borders (kindness goes a long way)
- Do the Muddy Princess Obstacle Run (sounds epic)
- Visit Roxanne’s Rum Eatery (it looks amazing!)
- Go bounce about at BOUNCE Inc. (doing something I’d never do)
