With Christmas a few short weeks away, it’s time to join the festivities at the annual
Montecasino Christmas Village. A
magical family experience complete with a festive market, movie screenings and the typical treats, here you can lose yourself in the wonder of a traditional European Christmas market without the cost of a plane ticket!
Now in its fifth year, the Christmas Village has grown from strength to strength with more than
60 exhibitors. Carefully handpicked vendors will showcase their beautifully crafted goodies in traditional wooden stalls adorned with fairy lights, all surrounding a magical Christmas tree in the centre. It's an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
What To Expect This Year
You'll be able to enjoy
three different aspects — SHOP, INDULGE and EXPERIENCE.
SHOP — stock up on unique gifts and magical festive decor like twinkling fairy lights and chair covers to transform your home, tree and table. There will be mouthwatering Christmas cakes and decorated biscuits, as well as items such as wooden boards on which to serve the perfect turkey and picnic baskets for Christmas Day outings. Admire gorgeous elf dresses for little girls and handmade reindeer hats for babies, plus so much more!
INDULGE — enjoy an ice-cold craft beer, relax and unwind at the trendy gin bar or cool down with a champagne popsicle. Worked up an appetite? Devour a freshly-baked churro or fill up on delicious gourmet burgers.
EXPERIENCE — the magic of Christmas shopping under twinkling fairy lights while the kids enjoy movies on the big screen. No rush and no additional cost – just time to relax and unwind!

- Saturday and Sunday - 12:00 to 21:00

How Much Is It?
Entry fee is R10 per person and
all proceeds go to a Lead SA/947 initiative. Kids under 12 years and pensioners get FREE entry.
