What's on the Menu?
Have a sweet tooth that needs to be satisfied? Then AJ Whisks is just the place to be! After shopping up a storm in Melrose Arch, pay them a visit an order on of their decadent and oh-so sweet treats, ranging from loaded waffles and crepes to creamy gourmet milkshakes and cold soft serve perfect for those hot summer days.
We also love that this is an ideal spot for brekkie or a light bite to eat. Their bagels are moreish and come in a selection of options – including Chicken Escalope; Classic NY; and Eggs and Cheese with Macon. And one of our new favourites – their Poached eggs on two chili sour dough slices with spread of labneh and drizzled with Zaatar (a newbie on their menu).
Other items on the menu include cheesy Mozzarella Sticks, the Diner Mite Burger, some amazing coffee to but a bit of a skip in your step, and the moreish Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich.

- 1. Their All-Day Brunches are a hit: We absolutely love their selection of brunch dishes. There's something for all palates. We especially love the English Breakfast; the Eggs Benedict; and the Egg Florentine. It's definitely a hearty and great way to start your day.
- 2. Their crepes are super indulgent: You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to AJ Whisks' selection of crepes. There's a combination of delights for every palate. The Triple Chocolate Crepe is perfect for chocoholics. Or opt for the Sushi Crepe, that looks like sushi but tastes like a sweet dish of fruit, nuts, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. And the signature AJ Whisks Crepe is moreish!
- 3. The frappes are divine: Perfect for those hot summer days in Joburg, their selection of frappes are the perfect if you're looking for something refreshing. Not only do they taste amazing, but they're super refreshing!
