What Is It?

The Graham Modern & Contemporary gallery in Bryanston welcome artist Jan Neethling to their space. Between June and July, Neethling will exhibit his latest body of work, titled Images. The surprisingly animated figures of Neethling's work will drawn you in. Ultimately, this sense of a living presence behind his canvasses creates a desire to learn more about the character in the frame. If you are looking for a unique art experience in the city, this is one for you. Jan Neethling was born in 1938 in London, as the son of a diplomat. Neethling's career in the arts spans several decades. Don't miss the one-of-a-kind opportunity to meet the artist himself. At the opening night of this solo exhibition, you can learn more about his life and his career. All the while you will engage with some fantastic art and great conversation. We'll see you there!

Opening night is on Thursday, 20 June 2019 at 19:00. The exhibition will be on show until Saturday, 20 July 2019. Gallery opening times are as follows: Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 18:00 Saturday: 09:00 - 14:00 Sunday & Evenings: By Appointment
