View a collection of oral testimonies from victims and witnesses, pictures, audiovisual displays and historical documents relating to the Soweto uprisings which is dedicated to those who died in the fight against Apartheid and to celebrate the students’ who struggled for freedom in South Africa. Also be sure to visit the memorial to pay respect to 12-year-old Hector Peterson who was among the first to die.
