What Is It? It's that time of year again - Misty Hills Country Hotel invite you to their annual Gin & Tea pairing event. Come and enjoy a morning with Mirari Gin, Ciro Tea and the Misty Hills Country Hotel team. Your Gin & Tea pairing will be accompanied by delectable tea Cocktails and an assortment of canapés. So, sit back and relax while sipping on your favourite G&T, cocktail or light snack. There will be live entertainment, as well as inspirational beauty and wellness talks to help you celebrate the first official weekend of spring. Don't miss it! Jalapeno poppers, baked caprese tart, smoked trout mousse and fennel slaw, crab lime and shallot phyllo bag, sweet and sour pork balls and chicken and salsa.
