As you sip on Gin their distiller and founder, Shanna-Rae, will take you through the process of making a batch of Gins, explaining what makes a gin a gin, what exactly a London Dry and Navy strength Gin are and give you a wealth of Gin history. All in their working distillery, where you will meet their magnificent copper still, Emmeline and her little sister Molly.
