At your very first appointment you will be introduced to the Gary Rom seven-step evaluation where the stylist gets to know the client and his or her hair a little better. The process ensures that your stylist can track your hair's process after every visit and make sure you are spending your budget wisely and carefully while doing the very best for your hair.
