Free Self Defence Workshop

What Is It? All women are invited to join in no experience necessary. This workshop is set to equip women with tools they need to get to safety and to receive help in an emergency situation. They encourage all participants to bring sunhats/caps, a bottle of water and to dress comfortably. PR Manager, Katlego Maseloane says, “our co-hosts include: Cradle Cares, SAPS, Muldersdrift CPF, Penguin Yoga, Final Stop NPO and Pinehaven Netcare hospital. Come and learn how to build your awareness as well as self defence techniques to get you to safety. Free yoga, security tips, family safety, surviving a sexual assault and more.” When Is It?
