Free Self Defence Courses & Open Day At MTG Fighting Fit Central

What Is It? And in moments like these one has to defend themselves should anything happen. And we think this is a much needed event to attend. They are inviting you to join in as they will be having an Open Day on the 28th of September at their centre. These are the following classes they will be having:

Parents and kids self defence at 10:00.
Cardio fighting fit kickboxing class at 11:00.
Adults/teens self defence short course at 13:00.

All are free and any questions about the club and its offerings can also be answered. (Beginners can try a class at any time, so you are more than welcome to try before then as well).
