Foam, foam, and more foam! We've heard about colour runs where people run through streams of coloured powder, but here is something out of the ordinary – The Foam Colour Run. Yes, our minds are just as blown as yours. So, diarise the date, because you don't want to miss out. This event will definitely keep you talking and begging for more once you've attended. Come and get colourful and play in the foam. Get fit while you're at it, because there is actual running involved. Running for fun has never been better! What better way to work on those summer bodies, right? We think so too! This year's run is hosted in aid of CANSA. It will be held at the Weekend Market JHB in Ridgeway. In addition to running for a good cause, you get the chance to play in foam as much as you want after your run. They also have the coolest FoamRun 5k merchandise, a fitness session and awesome performances for all ages. We are fastening our shoelaces as we speak, see you there!
