Join COSMO at their first-ever Fit, Fun & Fearless fitness party to celebrate the start of the sweat season – summer! Taking place at one of Johannesburg’s coolest studios with insane, breathtaking views of Braamfontein, COSMO Fit, Fun & Fearless will see Reebok ambassador and all-around fitspo kween Caley Jäck leading three epic workouts, assisted by fellow Reebok ambassador and TV personality K Naomi.
You don't need to be a fitness nut because these workout are pitched at all fitness levels. These include an '80s throwback aerobics class, a relaxed yoga class and a fierce boxing session. GNC, Smartbite and Smartlife will be providing healthy eats to keep you going throughout the day.
Come along in comfortable takkies, a sports bra, workout tights or shorts, and a workout top. Water bottles will be provided for you.
