For a unique experience like no other, this is a show that you certainly don’t want to miss. Both young and old will be spellbound by the refreshing and thrilling SPLASH! – The Water Circus with its first visit to our lovely country.
SPLASH! – The Water Circus is a circus for the modern age, consisting of a variety of circus genres but with a unique, visual twist. The traditional acts look completely different as they are displayed in – or above – a 12-metre-diameter pool of water! Accompanying this is a dazzling lighting and laser show, which perfectly displays the impressive body manipulation and contortion feats among a series of water fountains.
Audiences can expect traditional aerial circus acts such as the spectacular Silks above water. Added to the already impressive list of circus acts is the Brazilian Espana family, performing their daredevil Wheel of Death and The Russian Swing. The show also has a full team of synchronised swimmers, who add to the magic of the show. Their disciplined and well-trained displays are one of the reasons why the show is considered to be so unique.
This circus is totally animal-free and showcases the extreme talent and capabilities of the human body in an action-packed show around the custom-built pool, ensuring a truly memorable audience experience.
The South African tour of SPLASH! – The Water Circus launches at The Globe in Silverstar Casino, Krugersdorp, for a short season from Saturday, 19 August to Sunday 17 September 2017, before touring across the country until the New Year.
Please note: The show runs for two hours 10 minutes including a 20-minute interval. No children under two will be allowed into the auditorium and most especially no babes in arms.

Performances are Thursdays and Fridays at 20:00, Saturdays at 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00, Sundays at 11:00 and 15:00.
