What Is It?
Come and join Lucy London Gemmell on the rooftop at the
First Sundays @ Jackson's Real Food Market and Eatery event in Bryanston for an hour-long yoga session. This class is open to all levels from absolute beginner to advanced and promises to be filled with some vibey vinyasa fun! So, come enjoy the early morning summer sunshine, move into your bodies and start the day playfully. After the session head downstairs and enjoy a delicious Jackson's Real Food Market and Eatery breakfast and coffee. It's a must!
