What Is It?

On this 90 minute workshop is designed for those wanting to learn more about mindfulness and meditation and how it can be utilised to cultivate more resourceful and harmonious states of being. You can do all of this in the comfort of your home, the sessions will be done via Zoom. The link will be sent to you upon request to register. Space is limited to 50 people.
