The Lipizzaner Christmas Festival – 04 to 23 December 2016

The Garden Of Lights at Emperors Palace – 02 December 2016 to 08 January 2017
Christmas isn’t Christmas without visiting the spellbinding Garden of Lights at Emperors Palace. From 02 December 2016 – 08 January 2017 between 19:00 – 22:00 daily, parents and children can step into a festive wonderland and dazzling light displays featuring colourful Christmas characters. To provide further amuzement there is a variety of funfair rides that are sure to thrill and excite the little 'uns. Sandton City’s Festive Lineup For The Kids – 09 to 24 December 2016
Make sure your little ones don’t miss out on Dora & Friends, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Paw Patrol live at the Children’s Festive Wonderland at Sandton City from 09 – 24 December 2016. There’ll be four stage shows every day, plus three meet-and-greet sessions where kids will get the opportunity to meet their favourite cartoon characters. They’ll also have a blast with two giant Lego areas along with some face painting. To put the star on the Christmas tree, the Toy Kingdom train will be giving youngsters rides around the upper level of the mall while Santa will be sitting in his sleigh posing for photos. And since it’s Christmas, why not do a good deed and get your presents wrapped at one of the two gift-wrapping kiosks? At R10 a present, all proceeds will be donated to the Sandton SPCA.
