Entries Are Officially Open!

Entries are officially open for the 17th annual FNB Magalies Monster MTB Classic and the 7th annual FNB Platinum Trail Run, two premier off-road events that will have entrants begging for more at the ATKV Buffelspoort. This event isn't just about fitness, running and mountain biking. It's also makes for the perfect weekend breakaway for families. The FNB Magalies Monster MTB Classic and the FNB Platinum Trail Run depict the best off-road routes on offer in the North West Province. Both events possess a perfect balance between challenge and reward. Featuring three entry options, mountain bikers can choose between: +-16km; +-33km; and +-65km route. Trail runners can choose between: +-8km; +-12km; and +-24km. For an added challenge, why not sign up for both? They've also introduce a Kids 2,5km race to both the FNB Magalies Monster MTB Classic and the FNB Platinum Trail Run in 2019.   • Marathon: +-65km @ R430 per person
  • Half Marathon: +-33km @ R325 per person
  • Fun Ride: +-15km @ R200 per person
  • Kids: 2.5km @ R100 per person
The first 1000 mountain bikers to enter (and pay) will receive an official event t-shirt.

FNB Platinum Trail Run Info

Date: Sunday, 02 June 2019 Venue (start & finish): ATKV Buffelspoort Distances and Entry Fee:
  • Long: +-24km @ R340 per person
  • Medium: +-12km @ R240 per person
  • Short: +-8km @ R150 per person
  • Kids: 2.5km @ R100 per person
The first 1000 trail runners to enter (and pay) will receive an official event t-shirt.
