What Is It?

Have you always wanted to learn the art of meditation? Here's your chance! Take a break from the stress of COVID-19 and lockdown by joining the Embodiment Now online meditation session. Connect with yourself, others and your higher purpose all from within the comfort and safety of your own home. We'll see you there!

When Is It?

Monday to Friday from 12:00 - 12:20.

Where Is It?

Online sessions take place on Facebook Live and via Zoom.

How Much Is It?

R50 per person per session or R200 per person for five days. You must pay before 10:00 on the day you wish to join. To book your spot, email [email protected].
