You can also look forward to a delectable menu, which features dishes such as charred peach and salted crème fraiche with roast apple and cinnamon dust, baked cod served on wilted greens with roast almond and salsa verde and confit pork belly served with potato croquette, baked apple, heirloom carrot and roast fig.
