What Is It?

Echoes of Time is a unique theatre piece rooted in South African storytelling. Anchored Sound will be collaborating with fellow healers, seekers, and alchemists on a quest to give distinctly South African stories a voice through theatre and orchestral music. Featuring the likes of Linda Sikhakhane, Ndabo Zulu, Nduduzo Makhathini, Mbuso Khoza, and The Theatreduo; Echoes of Time is a showcase of our nations storytelling. The concept of young black storytellers in the arts is a means through which black African storytellers can share their craft. Preserving the essence of a distinctly African narrative, this group of creatives tackle narratives that evoke spirit, history, and indigenous knowledge in Echoes of Time. Be sure not to miss it!
