• The King prawn platter offers 16 large prawns, grilled to perfection, with a choice of two sides - perfect as a sharing platter for two
• Light, refreshing, and perfect for any time of day, is the prawn cocktail salad with grilled prawns, lettuce, cucumber, red onions, avo and romesco mayo
• The Romesco prawn is a grilled option, served with a rich tomato-based romesco sauce and topped with creamy feta
• Light, crunchy and with a small kick, the paprika panko prawns are coated in paprika dust and panko crumbs and served with a tangy romesco mayo.

Romesco - A Fisherman’s Famous Sauce

A new inclusion to the menu to accompany the juicy prawns is the Romesco sauce, originating from Catalonia and served by fisherman with their daily catch. This rich and flavourful sauce is packed with roasted tomatoes, olive oil, hazelnuts and toasted bread.
