Coobs restaurant, in Parkhurst, and Dine4six will be hosting a 3-Course Dinner And Wine Pairings evening at the end of August. Coobs is an eclectic bistro located in Parkhurst. The interiors are contemporary and sophisticated, and create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The exterior is also fabulous, offering a combination of sunshine and shade.
In true farm to table style, the restaurant uses produce supplied by an organic farm that has been part of Chef James Diack’s family for more than 20 years. The menu boasts a seasonal selection of refined farm-inspired dishes and a wine list featuring some of SA’s best boutique wines. Chef James has prepared a superb, freshly-sourced 3-Course menu, with an enticing wine list available.
