Now that the free weekly 5km Delta Parkrun is officially in full force, there is simply no excuse not to get your whole family fit this year! Why go? Put on your running shoes and begin the weekend with a fun run or a thrilling walk at your own pace. Don’t forget to bring your pets on a leash, and kids of all ages - prams are also welcome.
