Three Decades of Decorex Joburg
It’s been three decades since Decorex Joburg burst onto the décor and design scene. Since then, the show has successfully grown and maintained its stature as Africa’s leading décor and design platform, wowing visitors with high-calibre exhibitions, features and activations from over 13 000 exhibitors.
Now, Decorex Joburg will celebrate its milestone 30th anniversary with an unprecedented and multi-faceted four-day experience. All four levels of the Sandton Convention Centre will be bursting with energy, hosting over 400 brands. Explore the Kitchens & Bathrooms; Plan & Build; Décor; and 100% Design Africa & Design Joburg halls; each offering a unique and inspiring experience.
Together with show partners Lexus, Plascon and Samsung, Decorex Joburg will present all the latest trends, stimulating curated displays, state-of-the-art designs and new product releases – everything and anything you could want or need for your home, hospitality destination or retail store. This massive showcase will run simultaneously with sister shows – Design Joburg and 100% Design Africa – which are collocated and presented in partnership with Sanlam Private Wealth.
Value and convenience combine in one entry ticket, which gives you access to all three of these not-to-be-missed shows spanning four levels of the Sandton Convention Centre. Make sure you set aside sufficient time to view them all, as there will be more than 400 brands on display!

Kitchens & Bathrooms
The Kitchen & Bathrooms Hall on Level 0 will feature over 60 brands showcasing the latest in appliances, cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom design, bathroom fixtures and more for the most hardworking areas of the home. Shortcut your renovation sourcing at this highly edited collection of top brands.
Designer Kitchens
For kitchens that are far more than mere task areas, look to upscale companies like Nuuma that focus on refined details that transform kitchens into sophisticated spaces. twelve is the essential kitchen brand of ORDEGROUP and was developed to service the designer private market.
Then there’s Elgar KItchens, finalists in the KBB Kitchen Retailer of the Year Awards. Careline Living Spaces, creators of luxurious living spaces, will be exhibiting timeless kitchen designs at the Kitchen Showcase by Careline, a display that will show off the skills of this longstanding interior design and custom manufacturing company to best effect.
And look out for the Kitchen Specialists Association of South Africa (KSA), which presents beautiful kitchens that have been designed and installed by its members.
For the latest trends in decorative surfaces, slabs and tiles, stop in at Caesarstone, Natural Stone Collection, Cosentino and Surface Studio, just to name a few. Natural Stone Supplier Exclusive Warehouse will be showcasing a designer Surface Bar where show-goers can grab a drink while they admire a range of stunning natural and engineered stone surfaces.
Looking to upgrade your equipment? Then experience the infinite possibilities of modern kitchen appliances with the Tafelberg Furnishers Appliance Showcase, together with Siemens and Bosch. Explore the latest major appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines and more.
Adding live pizazz, local chefs will fire up the Samsung Bespoke Cooking Theatre with demos of their signature dishes using the latest Samsung appliances. Immerse yourself in their culinary world and glean valuable cooking tips from kitchen maestros such as Suyen Thornhill, Life with Lerato and Plated By Palesa, and discover new recipes and cooking techniques that will tantalise your tastebuds.
Beautiful Bathrooms
When it comes to bathroom design, specialist bathroom suppliers will up the ante with stand-out fittings and fixtures. Victorian Bathrooms will showcase its iconic freestanding baths that blend classic styling with functionality, while Lifestyle Ceramics will present its range of contemporary basins, baths, showers, taps, toilets and vanities.
A2Z Tiles will live up to its premise with a large selection of high quality local and imported ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tiles.
Décor Hall
Interior design and décor lovers are sure to be in heaven in the Décor Hall, where almost 70 brands will showcase their diverse offerings. From curtains, wallpaper and couches to interior decorators, artists and ceramicists, the Décor & Furniture Hall will have it all.
Interior design studios – Distinguished Living, Signature Room and Portfolio Home and bespoke furniture designers Timeless Opulence – will each present roomsets that showcase their interior design offerings and creative prowess.
Hugely popular online retailer, Superbalist.com, is bringing its virtual store to the physical world with the Plascon x Superbalist showcase. Featuring styled settings, each dressed in colours from the much-loved local paint brand, this collaboration will provide attendees with an interactive retail experience in which they can create their own décor looks from an array of shoppable items.
Mr Price Home’s Shoppable Apartment makes it easy for you to decorate your own home without delay.
Following a collaboration with furniture designers Haldane Martin and MŪVEK at the recent Decorex Cape Town, Spanish surfacing brand Cosentino will be at Decorex Joburg with another display of exceptional furniture design. Atelier Cosentino will feature pieces from Haldane Martin and The Grand Living as they showcase how they utilise Cosentino products in their contemporary collections.
Showgoers can take a refreshment break from the hustle and bustle at one of the designer bars, while they admire the latest interior styles. These include the Bubbly Bar, which will feature collabs with local designers, and a dedicated Gin Bar.
Plan & Build Hall
On the lowest level of the Sandton Convention Centre (Level -2), the Plan & Build Hall is a premier showcase of architectural, building and fitting solutions such as doors, windows, blinds, shutters, roofing, security and smart home options. Doing a renovation or a new build? Plan & Build clusters together over 40 local and international exhibitors, including brands like Oggie Flooring, Trellidor, aluminium specialists Alufem Africa, and home automation company Somfy.
Plascon will be showcasing its eco-conscious paints, which include Africa’s first roof paints that are entirely free of APEO chemicals, Velvaglo water-based enamel paints that reduce negative impacts on human and environmental wellbeing, and Double Velvet Pure, a paint with air-purifying technology.
Make a beeline for the Outdoor Living sector, where braai rooms, landscapes, patios, porches and a host of exterior products and services have their place in the sun. Come and meet representatives from companies like Bloc Outdoor, Deckz Wallz, Designer Pool Covers, Grapedoor and more…
And For Members Of The Trade
Trade professionals are invited to Decorex Joburg to engage with leading designers, entrepreneurs, retailers and innovators, and with products and services specifically directed towards key decision-makers in the industry. Members of the trade may attend the show for free across all four days of the event by pre-registering via the ‘trade’ section of the Decorex Africa website.

What About Parking?
There are plenty parking options at the Nelson Mandela Square parking facility and Sandton City parking.
Nelson Mandela Square’s 1 699 parking spaces are across the road from the Sandton Convention Centre, while Sandton City parking gives access to the Sandton Convention Centre via the skywalk on Level 3 of the Sandton City Mall.
For those visitors who don’t want the hassle of finding parking, use an e-hailing option to go straight to the Sandton Convention Centre.
