Dare 2 Dream Performing Arts Festival. Celebrating excellence in the performing arts by young learners from participating schools. The Dare 2 Dream Frestival has three objectives: to recognize passion where it exists, to encourage collaboration and to provide young performers with an opportunity to perform on stage.
