Many will be coming to together to join in on the fitness fun in the many activities that will be taking place including Zumba, Capoeira, African dance, high impact and many more.
There will also be some professional instructors to answer your questions or to guide you. The day will be filled with a lot of activity.
Take a couple of friends or/and family have a good time. The event promises to be exciting.
