Enjoy an old school hip hop love-themed live DJ set while sipping on a sophisticated chai-dusted, bubbly-topped welcome cocktail, followed by a decadent three-course set menu. Here's what's on offer at The Course this Valentine's Day: Starters Caprese salad with Buffalo mozzarella, exotic tomatoes, basil and avocado or Beef carpaccio with a basil and broccoli salad, brûléed oranges, caperberries and a Grana Padano foam Mains Char-grilled rib eye steak on the bone served with pearl onion tarte Tatin and a marsala mushroom sauce; mustard and maple-glazed salmon served with citrus couscous and dill crème fraîche or Vegetarian tart filled with ricotta, wild mushroom and a spiced grape compote, accompanied by a classic ratatouille and a crisp parmesan shard Dessert Berry cheesecake, served with white chocolate bark, almond praline and elderflower and berry gel or Espresso panna cotta, served with a salted caramel sauce, seasonal berries, cookie dough ice cream and walnut crumble.
