Taxify

The Taxify app finds your pickup location even if you don't know your address. You can see the estimated cost before you ride and then you can choose to pay in-app or cash. There's also a facility to rate your driver which helps Taxify improve their service. The Taxify app is available on the Google Play and the App Store.

Zebra Cabs

Zebra Cabs are our local version of Uber. Every vehicle is custom-fitted with a tracker, external cameras, leather seating, air-conditioning and clearly marked with the signature zebra stripes. You can choose to book online, via the app or go old school and contact the call centre. You can also choose to pay cash, with a credit card or swipe your debit card inside the vehicle – Zebra Cabs are all about choice. The Zebra Cabs app is available on the App Store.

Orange Cabs

Not as integrated as the others on this list, but should still be mentioned, Orange Cabs has been around since forever and at the time of writing, were the cheapest. You can book online or via their app and a cool feature is you can schedule a future ride, say next week or next month. The Orange Cabs app is available on the Google Play.
