Clearwater Mall gift cards can be purchased from the Guest Relations Desk located at Entrance 2 or at the Centre Management Reception on the upper level outside entrance 7. Also, pre-paid parking tickets are available to all shoppers who want to avoid the parking pay station queues. Wheelchairs are available free of charge for the elderly, injured or physically challenged. The Muslim Prayer Room is located outside Entrance 2 under the ramp (visit the Guest Relations Desk or the Centre Management Reception for the access code). The Clearwater Mall Pensioner Club allows pensioners half price parking of R5 every day. With more than 5 200 parking bays all located within an enclosed control system with Fidelity managing the security, you're not only bound to find parking but can also enjoy your shopping adventure knowing that your car is in safe hands. The parking can be conveniently accessed from both Hendrik Potgieter and Christiaan de Wet Roads. You can find parking pay stations at all entrances and exits to and from the mall.
