What Is It?
Come As You Are is a live tribute concert to music virtuoso Kurt Cobain and his band Nirvana. Developed by the Guile brothers in 2003, this show has been a major success and continues to bring Nirvana fans back for more with each new season. The show covers Nirvana's treacherous musical journey, over the course of only two hours. From the early days of “School” and “Negative Creep”, right up to “You Know You’re Right”. Hits such as "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Heart Shaped Box" are performed with the energy and aggression that Nirvana were famous for, while the softer side of the band is highlighted in the quieter unplugged set featuring, classics such as "About a Girl” and "All Apologies".
The show will take place on the eve of Cobain's untimely death twenty five years ago. Don't miss out on this epic tribute to his legacy at the Barnyard Theatre at Emperors Palace.
