Christmas with the Johannesburg Bach Choir

Joburg Admin / November 20, 2019

What Is It?

It's time for the annual Johannesburg Bach Choir Christmas concert. This year, they'll be hosting the concert at Bryanston Catholic Church in Sandton. This is an occasion for the whole family. Apart from the musical presentations by the JBC, there'll be plenty of opportunity to join in the singing yourself with some of your favourite carols. The JBC musical director, Tim Roberts, will once again be at the helm of recently expanded choir, and accompanist Ruth Coggin will provide some Christmas tunes on the organ. The concert will be followed by the usual scrumptious tea with a Christmas flavour. Don't miss it. *Proceeds from the concert go towards funding the choir's trip to the Leipzig Bach Festival in 2020.
