Olives & Plates and Just Teddy Fine Boulangerie & Pâtisserie are renowned for their immaculate, unique and creative plating. And these interesting plating workshops will offer not only an exclusive viewing to see how they do it; but also the ideal Mother’s Day experience, too.
The workshops will take place in two timeslots at each restaurant on Mother's Day 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00, and again from 15:00 to 16:00. There's limited seating at each of the workshops. This makes for a lovely Mother’s Day activity, either after breakfast or lunch, at one of the top restaurants at Hyde Park Corner.
Workshop participants can expect to learn and get the lowdown straight from a professional chef on:
- The significance of food plating
- A simple guide for home chefs, using easily accessible ingredients
- The dos and don’ts of food plating
- The various tools required for plating
- Ingredients and flavours to be used during plating
